November

In November, Silva teamed up with fellow countrywoman Sarah Beth Grey to lift the W60+H Calgary doubles title, after they eased past Katarina Jokic and Hanna Chang, 6-4, 6-4.

October

Silva was selected as one of 10 British players to feature in our new tennis documentary series, Beyond the Baseline, presented by Lexus.

September

Joining forces with Sarah Beth Grey, Silva made the semi-finals at the W60+H Calas da Rainha, before losing out to Francisca Jorge and Matilde Jorge 6-4, 6-4.

August

Silva reached her fifth ITF doubles final, and second W80, of the season after finishing runner-up at the W80 Brasilia alongside Ukrainian Valeriya Strakhova. The pair beat Despina Papamichail and Natalija Stevanovic in three sets to reach the final before eventually losing 6-2, 6-3 to Carolina Alves and Julia Riera.

June

Silva teamed up with Australia's Olivia Gadecki for the women's doubles at the Lexus Surbiton Trophy. Here, the pair made it to the semi-finals where they missed out on a spot in the final to Sophie Chang and Yanina Wickmayer 6-2, 6-3.

March

Silva then teamed up with Dea Herzelas at the W25 Bengaluru. The pair sailed through to the final where they came back from a set down against top seeds Francisca Jorge and Matilde Jorge 3-6, 6-4, 10-7 to clinch the title. This win marked Silva's first title of the year.

The Brit then joined forced with Greece's Valentini Grammatikopoulou for the W40 Bengaluru event, where she made her second final in as many weeks. The British, Greek pair stormed to the final where they finished runners up to Portugese duo Jorge and Jorge in a 5-7, 6-0, 10-3 defeat.

January

Silva made it to the final of the doubles event at the W60 Sunderland, alongside Belgian Magali Kempen, where the pair finished runners up to the all-British duo of Freya Christie and Ali Collins, who clinched a 6-3, 7(5)-6 win.

November

In November, Silva clinched her second title of the season when she partnered with Conny Perrin at the W25 Saint Etienne event. The pair defeated both the fourth and top seeds in deciding match tie-breaks in their final match – finishing with a 6-4, 4-6, 10-6 win over Ekaterina Kazionova and Ekaterina Makarova.

June

After fighting her way through qualifying - beating fellow Brit Beth Grey - Silva lost to Rebecca Moreno in the first round of the Rothesay Open Nottingham.

May

Silva defeated America’s Robin Montgomery in straight sets to reach the semi-finals of the W25 Nottingham tournament before losing 6-0, 6-4 to fellow Brit, Sonay Kartal.

April 

Silva won her second ITF title of her career after a comfortable defeat over USA’s Robin Montgomery, winning 6-4, 6-4 at the W25 Nottingham.

January 

Silva started her season getting through to the quarter-finals of the W25 Bath event before losing to Gabriela Andrea Knutson 6-4 7-5 6-3. Silva then competed in the W25 Loughborough tournament where she played Knutson again, this time in the second round, but was defeated 6-3 7-5.

Partnered with Naomi Broady, Silva reached the final of the ITF 25K in South Africa. In May at the ITF 60K in France, partnered with K.Zimmerman, Eden lost in the final in three sets.

Only played one tournament pre-lockdown, losing first round qualifier at Hua Hin International against Riya Bhatia.

Played Premier WTA in Dubai with Beth Grey and beat Nadiia Kichenok and Veronika Kudermetova in the first round before falling in the second. Alongside Grey, reached the doubles quarter finals in Nottingham and won the Les Franqueses del Valles 60k doubles in April. Reached quarter finals of mixed doubles at Wimbledon with Evan Hoyt.
