Shuker joined forces with Van Koot once again to compete at the Sardinia Open, where the pair defeated Pauline Deroulede and Emmanuelle Morch 6-3, 6-2 in the final to lift the trophy.
Shuker then teamed up with Maria Florencia Moreneo for the Catalonia Open. Competing in the final, the pair edged French duo Pauline Deroulede and Emmanuelle Morch 6-7(3), 7-5, 10-4 to clinch the silverware.
September
After clinching her first ever US Open main draw win against Manami Tanaka, Shuker bowed out in the quarter-finls after losing to top seed Diede De Groot 6-2, 6-0.
August
Shuker reached her second successive doubles final at the Euro Para Championships clinching the doubles silver medal alongside compatriot Cornelia Oosthuzien. Shuker’s success only continued as she defeated Germany’s Katherina Kruger to the bronze medal in the singles.
July
Shuker faced a tough battle against the Netherlands' Aniek Van Koot in the opening round of Wimbledon. Despite clinching the opening set, the Brit went on to lose the contest, 2-6, 6-1, 6-2.
Shuker then teamed up with Dana Mathewson for the Belgian Open, where the pair returned to winning ways. Shuker and Mathewson beat top seeds Momoko Ohtani and Aniek van Koot 6-4, 2-6, 10-8 to earn their 8th doubles title together.
June
Shuker reached the semi-finals of the British Grass Court Wheelchair Tennis Tournament in Eastbourne, defeating compatriot Ruby Bishop in straight sets before losing 6-1, 6-2 to the world No.1 Diede De Groot.
Shuker finished runner-up in the doubles alongside China’s Zhenzhen Zhu after losing 6-3, 6-3 to Dutch duo Diede De Groot and Jiske Griffioen.
May
Shuker was selected to represent her country at the World Team Cup, where Great Britain finished fourth overall. The British No.1 strung together a series of impressive wins throughout the week - winning five out of the eight rubbers she played.
April
Shuker won her first singles title of the season at the ITF3 UH Cougar Open. The Brit came out on top in a three-set battle against Emmy Kaiser - winning 6-1, 4-6, 6-4 to take the crown.
March
Shuker and Mathewson teamed up once again at the Georgia Open where they claimed their seventh women’s doubles title as a partnership.
The second seeds beat the top seeds in a deciding match tie-break in the final - defeating South Africa’s Kgothatso Montjane and Aniek van Koot of the Netherlands 3-6, 7-5, 10-8.
Shuker and Mathewson headed to the Cajun Classic where they reached the semi-final of the Super Series event. The British, American duo faced all-Dutch pairing Diede De Groot and Van Koot in the semi-final, where they lost out 6-2, 6-2.
February
Shuker enjoyed a run to the final of the Bolton ITF 2 event, where she finished runner up to Mathewson in the singles event. Shuker fought hard to battle past the American, but eventually suffered a 6-3, 6-0 defeat.
She then went on to team up with fellow Brit Cornelia Oosthuizen for the doubles event. The Brits sailed through to the final where they finished runners up to French duo Pauline Deroulede and Emmanuelle March 7-6(4), 2-6, 10-6.
January
Shuker began her year with a visit to the doubles semi-final at the Melbourne Wheelchair Open event, alongside doubles partner Dana Mathewson. The pair were defeated by Yui Kamiji and Zhenzhen Zhu 6-0, 6-2.
Shuker suffered a first round defeat in the Australian Open singles draw second seed Yui Kamiji, before reaching the quarter-final of the women's doubles with American partner Dana Matthewson.
November
Shuker headed to Oss for the Wheelchair Masters but exited in the group stages of the singles and doubles.
Shuker later went on to win the Open Paratennis du Loiret with Dana Mathewson after defeating Angelica Bernal and Cornelia Oosthuizen in the final. Shuker also made it to the final of the singles event, before losing out to doubles partner Mathewson 6-3, 7-6
September
In September, Shuker won the Birmingham Wheelchair Tennis Classic with Dana Matthewson and finished runner-up in the doubles in Sardinia. Shuker also reached the semi-finals of both events.
July
At Wimbledon, the British No.1 went out to Momoko Ohtani in the quarter-final of the singles, before losing out in the semi-finals of the doubles with Matthewson.
Shuker fought her way past Maayan Zikri and Pauline Deroulede to reach her first British Open singles final. However, competing for her first title, Shuker lost out to Dutch star Aniek van Koot 6-2, 6-2.
June
Heading onto the grass, Shuker finished runner-up at the Rothesay International Eastbourne doubles with Montjane - losing to Kamiji and Zhu in the final.
May
Shuker reached the semi-finals of the TRAM Barcelona Open after defeating Argentinian player, Maria Florencia Moreno, but eventually bowed out of the tournament following a straight set defeat to Japan’s Yui Kamiji.
Shuker and America’s Dana Mathewson were named runners-up at the Annecy International Open after losing the final to Japanese/South African duo, Yui Kamiji and Kgothatso Montjane 6-1, 6-0.
April
The British No.1 was a singles semi-finalist and doubles finalist partnering fellow Brit Cornelia Oosthuizen at the Can Uner Open in Turkey.
March
Shuker, added more silverware to her collection as she and partner, Dana Matthewson were crowned champions of the Georgia Open women’s doubles, after defeating top seeds Aniek van Koot and Zhenzhen Zhu 7-6(5), 1-6, 10-7.
Shuker had a successful run in the Cajun Classic - her and Matthewson made their fourth successive doubles final, where they settled for runners-up to Dutch duo, Diede de Groot and Aniek van Koot. Shuker also reached the semi-final of the women’s singles.
February
On home soil, Shuker was crowned singles and doubles champion at the ITF 3 event in Bolton, before returning a week later to claim the ITF 2 singles title as well. The win saw her return to her career high ranking of World No.5.
January
After first round singles exits at her first two tournaments of the year, the Victorian Open and the Melbourne Open, Shuker went on to reach just her third Australian Open singles semi-final after defeating China’s Zhenzhen Zhu at Melbourne Park. The British No.1 subsequently moved up four places in the world rankings to a women’s singles ranking at No.6, just one place short of her career-high.
Shuker reached the women’s doubles final at the Victorian Open and the semi-finals at the Melbourne Open partnering Japan’s Manami Tanaka before partnering Yui Kamiji of Japan to her second successive Australian Open doubles final and ninth career Grand Slam doubles final.
Began the season by reaching back-to-back women’s doubles finals with South Africa’s Kgothatso Montjane at the Victorian Open and the Melbourne Open. She went on to reach her third career Australian Open women’s doubles final, where she finished as runner-up.
Teaming up with Jordanne Whiley in the women’s doubles, reached another doubles final at the inaugural Loughborough Indoor Wheelchair Tennis tournament. Partnered Chile’s Macarena Cabrillana to win the women’s doubles title at the Sardinia Open, where Shuker also reached her second singles final of the year. Shuker and Montjane defeated top seeds Diede de Groot and Aniek Van Koot to reach the Wimbledon women's doubles final - where they finished runners-up.
Representing Great Britain at the 2020 Tokyo Paralympics, Shuker won her third career medal, taking silver in the women's doubles with Whiley. This was the first time a British women's doubles pair had reached the Paralympics final.
Shuker ended her season by partnering the USA’s Dana Mathewson to the semi-finals of the UNIQLO Doubles Masters for the second time since 2017.
Started this year by winning her latest women’s doubles title with Jordanne Whiley at the Brits triumphed at the ITF 2 Bolton Indoor. Partnered Chile’s Macarena Cabrillana to win the French Riviera Open women’s doubles title. Following the postponement of Tokyo 2020 she was among more than 100 Olympians and Paralympians selected to present Online Olympic and Paralympic Experience for fans.
Won five doubles titles with three different partners, including her first two title with Jordanne Whiley since the latter’s return from maternity leave. Claimed her only singles title of the year at the ITF 2 Polish Open.
Won three singles titles, including at the ITF 2 Israel Open and the PTR Championships on Hilton Head Island, as well as the ITF 1 Korea Open. Won seven doubles titles, including the mixed doubles at the British Open with Frenchman Stephane Houdet. Also won Super Series women’s doubles titles at the Cajun Classic in the USA and the Sydney Open in Australia.

- Won her first ITF 1 women’s singles titles at the Belgian Open in 2010 and in 2016 she won the first Super Series singles title of her career at the US Open USTA Wheelchair Championships in St. Louis.
- Partnered Diede de Groot of the Netherlands to win the women’s doubles title at the ITF’s years-end Doubles Masters event in 2016.
- Shuker went on to win the Open Paratennis du Loiret with Dana Mathewson in November 2022 after defeating Angelica Bernal and Cornelia Oosthuizen in the final.

Injured in a motorcycle accident shortly after her 21st birthday, she met Britain’s former Paralympic champion Peter Norfolk while in rehab at Salisbury Spinal Unit and Norfolk introduced her to wheelchair tennis and loaned her a tennis chair. Shuker played in her first National championship in 2002.
