We are seeking a passionate and motivated tennis coach to join our expanding team. You will be taking over from an existing coach, inheriting 20 hours of group coaching and if you are level 3 or above you will be handed over 10-15 hours of individual lessons per week. This role offers 30-40 hours of work weekly, with the opportunity to earn generously based on your dedication and performance.


Key Details

  • Start Date: September, but we can wait if you are transitioning jobs
  • Schedule: You will work from Saturday through Wednesday, with Thursday and Friday as your days off.
  • Primary Venue: Broomhall Park, Sunningdale, which features three newly resurfaced courts in Tiger Turf Pro.
  • Probation Period: Upon successful completion, you will have the opportunity to assist in expanding our programmes to two additional venues, with a profit share

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Match Point Tennis Coaching, established in 2018, is a premier provider of tennis programmes across four clubs in Berkshire and Surrey. We also have strong relationships with local schools and offer exclusive coaching at 5-star hotels and private homes. You will be primarily based at Broomhall Park, Sunningdale but will coach at different locations when required.

Requirements:

  • A strong passion for tennis coaching and developing players of all ages and skill levels
  • LTA Level 3 Coach but will consider a Level 2 Coach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability in various coaching environments
  • A valid driving license and access to a car (essential)
