Performance

Our performance mission is: 'A world-class player development pathway that allows players to progress and succeed' in line with the new long-term LTA Performance Strategy.

We now have the opportunity to deliver the complete player pathway from Local Player Development Centres through Regional Player DC's to the GB National Academy for the very best 14 to 18 years olds in GB. This is in response to Tennis Scotland winning the bid to host one of two new GB National Academies as part of the above strategy.
