I have been a fully qualified tennis coach for 10 years and have I worked at a number of clubs in South London including Wigmore LTC for 6 years as a coach and Camber LTC for 3 years as Head Coach. From 2018-2020, I worked as Research Officer for the Tennis Development department of International Tennis Federation. I have a BSc in Exercise and Sport Science and have completed my LTA Senior Club Coach Qualification as well as modules for Performance Coaching.

Coach Accreditation is the LTA’s professional membership scheme for coaches. Being accredited ensures that a coach is qualified, insured and meets safe-to-practice standards, such as first aid and safeguarding training. An Accredited+ coach also commits to a minimum of 15 hours of professional development training each year.
Qualifications range from 1 to 5 and indicate the level of formally-assessed training a coach has completed. Coaches begin the LTA Qualification pathway at LTA Assistant (Level 1) and are able to train up to Master Coach (Level 5), the highest available LTA qualification. When choosing a coach we recommend taking into account qualifications, experience and ongoing CPD training, which can be seen in their 'Recently completed training courses' tab.
